Themed “The Future is Now: Enabling Growth through “IDD” (Innovation, Disruption, Digital Transformation)”, the Summit aims to gather cross-industry stakeholders for meaningful exchanges on innovation and technology development and further foster collaborations. Business leaders from various sectors explored topics on sustainable value chains, smart operations, crisis and opportunities for the industries.

One of the signature solutions at the Summit is SmartMore’s SMore ViMo, an end-to-end smart industrial platform. With cutting-edge technology, it features robust algorithm models, flexible deployment methods and broad industry coverage. Machine vision solutions for quality control built on the SMore ViMo “brain” and hardware Smart Sensors enable efficient and precise defect inspection. SmartMore’s booth attracted considerable attention. Delegates from various industries exchanged ardently with the SmartMore team about computer vision solutions that lead to the transformation towards smart manufacturing.

Ms Mercy Liu, Head of Global Industrial Business, gave a presentation entitled “Smart Manufacturing Solutions – Resolve ‘last-mile’ quality control problems by using machine vision”. She shared insights on how to use machine vision to capture defects on precision parts, especially in high-end manufacturing applications. As demonstrated in the exhibition stand, SmartMore vision systems help to optimize the manufacturing process and lower costs; thus, empowering enterprises with innovative technologies.
